Why cant I enable GPU acceleration in Premiere Pro?

Hi, i have a problem with the Hardware Acceleration of Premiere Pro rendering.

I setted up "GPU Acceleration Mercury Playback Engine (CUDA)" in general project settings.

I also setted up general settings for GPU Acceleration.

The Software/Hardware Acceleration setting is locked, and I can't change it. I'm trying to export with H.264.

Processor: Intel Core i7 9700K GPU: Geforce RTX 2080 Super RAM: 16 GB (10 dedicated to Premiere Pro) OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
