Rapper J. Cole mengumumkan jadwal tur konser untuk album barunya yang bertajuk The Off-Season. Konser ini akan berlangsung di empat belas negara bagian di Amerika Serikat.

Tur ini akan dibuka pada 24 September di FTX Arena di Miami dan berakhir pada 21 Oktober di Forum di Los Angeles.

Dalam tur tersebut, J. Cole turut menggandeng rekan sesama rapper, 21 Savage untuk tampil di sepanjang tur selain penampilan di Atlanta pada 27 September mendatang. Selain 21 Savage, tur ini juga akan dimeriahkan oleh penampilan Morray.

Sementara itu, penjualan tiket tur album terbaru J. Cole ini dibuka pada 25 Juni melalui situs web Dreamville dan VividSeats.

Album The Off-Season merupakan album terbaru J. Cole yang dirilis pada Mei lalu. Album ini sukses meraih posisi pertama di tangga lagu Rolling Stone Top 200 Albums di pekan perdana debutnya.

Album ini juga membawa J. Cole menduduki puncak tangga lagu Artists 500 untuk pertama kalinya di minggu yang sama. Tak hanya itu, beberapa lagu dari album ini juga menduduki posisi 10 besar di tangga lagu Top 100 Songs di pekan debutnya.

Album The Off-Season sekaligus menandai kembalinya J. Cole di dunia musik. Album The Off-Season menjadi album studio keenam yang dirilis J. Cole.

Sebelumnya rapper kelahiran 1985 ini telah merilis album bertajuk KOD pada 2018 silam dan sebuah album kompilasi bertajuk Revenge of the Dreamers III pada 2019.

Tak hanya merilis album The Off-Season, tahun ini J. Cole juga meluncurkan sebuah film dokumenter pendek bertajuk Applying Pressure: The Off-Season Documentary. Film ini mengungkap cerita di balik proses pembuatan album baru The Off-Season.

Tak hanya sibuk menggarap album baru, J. Cole juga ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan lain salah satunya tampil dalam pertandingan basket bersama tim Rwanda Patriots dari Basketball Africa League.
