How to repeat pages in Excel

Greetings,

I've created a form on page 1 of Sheet 1 and I'm having trouble cutting and pasting that to page 2, page 3, etc. (same Sheet). The row heights don't follow the pasted selections.

In otherwords I want to create multiple pages of the same form on the same sheet but, again, the row heights of the original arent the same on successive pages.

Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.

Why not just copy the sheet? Right-click the sheet tab and choose Move/Copy.

What I'm hoping to do is copy the contents of Page 1, Sheet 1, and paste/append it below Page 1, onto Page 2, of the same Sheet. I've moved the page break to the bottom of Page 1. Sheet 1 now consists of multiple pages.

Again, the problem I'm running into is when I paste the contents of Page 1 onto Page 2 I'm having to readjust the row heights on Page 2. I was hoping the pasted contents would include the formatting (row heights, etc.) of the original contents.

I hope I'm not confusing you with "Pages" and "Sheets". I'm only working with Sheet 1, but with multiple pages.

Select page 1 and copy. Then paste special "formats" to page 2, then immediately do another paste special and select "all".

To repeatedly print header row, you can apply the Page Setup utility.

1. Activate the sheet you want to print the header row repeatedly, and click Page Layout > Page Setup. See screenshot:

2. In the Page Setup dialog, under Sheet tab, and click the select button in Rows to repeat at top to select the header you want to repeatedly print. Click OK. See screenshot:

If you want to insert title in every nth row and then print, you can apply Kutools for Excel’s Insert Titles Rows to insert titles in rows, then use Insert Page Break Every Row utility to print the range in every nth rows.

1. Click Kutools > Insert > Insert Titles Rows and in the dialog, select the title row you want to repeat, and then select the range you want to insert title, and specify the interval rows. See screenshot:
