try this hard reset, disconnect the power adapter from laptop, remove main battery from laptop, hold the power button down for a 20 count, re-install main battery, reconnect power adapter to laptop, turn on laptop. attempt to access bios.

On another pc, download and run win 10 media creation tool. Create a Win 10 install USB or DVD - if anything else, its a boot disc change boot order so USB or DVD first, hdd second if this doesn't work, boot from installer again, select repair this pc again if neither of these work, you might need to do a reset. boot from installer again, select repair this pc. if none of this works, there is a chance its the hdd but we see if this fixes it first.
