Ladies and gentleman, as we know that education is very important for us. These day, if we want to look for a job, education is the important requirement for applying a job. That’s why we need to educate well to get good job. However, Indonesian education is not able to compete with others developed countries. We can see it from the condition of education in Indonesia, there are so many students drop out of school, do not have a uniform, swim to go to school because of the broken bridge, do not have money to go to school and school facilities that very limited.
Actually, Indonesia is a great country with many talented young generations. It was undoubted again that there are so many Indonesian students who win the international education Olympiads such as mathematics, chemical, physics and other. But, some of their talents can be improve well due to lack of facilities at their school.
Ladies and gentleman, let’s us make an effort to make Indonesian education better. Do not give up on the fate of our nation today, and continues to struggle in making better Indonesia.

Pertama-tama, marilah kita panjatkan puji dan syukur kehadirat Allah SWT karena hidayahnya lah kita dapat berkumpul di sini. Shalawat dan salam senantiasa kita panjatkan kepada Nabi besar kita Muhammad SAW yang telah membimbing kita dari kegelapan menuju jalan yang benar.
Merupakan suatu kehormatan bagi saya berdiri di sini dihadapan anda semua untuk memberikan sebuah pidato tentang pendidikan dikesempatan yang baik ini.
Para hadirin sekalian, seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa pendidikan sangatlah penting bagi kita. Saat ini, jika kita ingin mencari kerja, pendidikan adalah syarat yang paling penting untuk melamar pekerjaan. Karena itulah kita harus berpendidikan baik untuk mendapat kerja yang baik pula. Akan tetapi, pendidikan di Indonesia belum mampu untuk bersaing dengan pendidikan di negara-negara berkembang yang lainnya. Kita bisa melihatnya dari kondisi pendidikan di Indonesia, ada banyak siswa yang dikeluarkan dari sekolah, tidak punya seragam sekolah, harus berenang menyusuri sungai untuk pergi ke sekolah karena jembatan yang putus, tidak punya uang untuk ke sekolah dan fasilitas sekolah yang sangat terbatas.
Sebenarnya, Indonesia adalah negara yang bagus dengan generasi muda yang berbakat. Tidak diragukan lagi bahwa ada banyak siswa Indonesia yang memenangkan olimpiade Internasional seperti matematika, kimia, fisika dan lainnya. Tetapi, beberapa bakat mereka tidak bisa meningkatkan bakat mereka dengan baik karena kurangnya fasilitas di sekolah mereka.
Para hadirin sekalian, marilah kita bersama-sama berusaha untuk membuat pendidikan Indonesia lebih baik. Jangan menyerah untuk kebaikan bangsa kita, dan tetap berjuang untuk membuat Indonesia yang lebih baik.

Currently our nation is facing a very serious problem, namely a moral crisis among teenagers. Many teenagers have been affected by hedonistic attitudes and lives that ignore the norms of behavior in society.
This can be seen from the data submitted by several institutions. For example, one independent institution presented an astonishing fact, that 65% of teenagers today have had sexual relations such as kissing, free sex and even same-sex relationships.
Not only that, the data released by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) is no less surprising. They released data that adolescent drug users reached 79% in 2015.
This figure has increased by about 20% from last year. They even stated that every 7 minutes a victim dies due to drug use.

These data are enough to prove what is happening right now. So, where is the role of school education, teachers and parents?
Why do teenagers today fall into a life that is not in accordance with the values and norms that apply in our society?

More than that, schools currently only prioritize education that pursues results in the form of values rather than educating children to have good and noble characters.
