I got an excellent product on my first order.since both these look a like, let me differentiate between the two in terms of the underlying app. The first one works with ICSee app, which was a great product. Overall camera quality was good, nice range for WiFi, night mode was great, quite loud sound for two way communication. Second time I got V380 pro. That one had low quality, the two way sound was terrible, night mode was not efficient like the ICSee. V380pro SDcard management is terrible. It doesn’t delete the first videos when the memory card is full. Rather it just hangs. You have to manually do that. ICSee got an efficient way of handling memory cards. Trouble free ownership for ICSee, while V380pro is a disaster. If you get V380pro, please return it. Check the app first.

But the PC app (software) supported by this device does not store video to the System harddisk. we can store video only in microSD card mounted in the camera or paid Cloud services of the software. What is the purpose of storing in the camera while the camera could be easily stolen along with the SDcard. I already own 2 SriCam 360 wifi CCTV that supports P2P recording to system harddisk. Only this is a main drawback of this device
