How to turn off alarm When screen is broken Android

iPhone / Using iPhone

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I broke the LCD but I had an alarm set to go off every morning. The problem is that my home button and my screen don’t work. That means I can’t force power it down and I can’t hit the home button to stop the alarm. I can only hit the power and volume buttons which only snooze it for 10 minutes. I’m basically waiting for it to die but it’s taking forever. Is there another way to turn it off

If you can activate Siri ask her to delete all your alarms.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

the first part of this there is a description on shutting down. If this process does not work contact Apple to make an appointment with Apple to get the device fixed or put the device somewhere where it's not audible. If the phone Alarm is vibrating and you can let it do that without interrupting it then your battery will discharge faster than if you keep turning that off.

Remove the... oh wait... find something soundproof to chuck it in until the battery runs down.

You can try holding down the power button for around 20 seconds (or some other combination depending on phone) which will force power it off but on some phones the alarm still functions at a hardware level even when off.

I tried several of those to no avail when trying to sort a similar situation for someone whose housemate had gone abroad leaving an alarm on - I think they had some kind of firmware level security like Cerberus or something.
