How do you find a File that has been moved renamed or deleted?

We work from a shared cloud drive here in the office and any file I save to that directory gives me the error message. I saved out samples to other places (local desktop, Onedrive, Creative Cloud Files folder, etc) and they all opened without a problem.

A user tries to open a file for editing in CCH Axcess™ or CCH® ProSystem fx® Document and gets "Sorry we couldn't find C:\Users\Username\Document... is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?" error message.

Accessing files on a Windows machine is quite a breeze – just double-tap the file/folder and it will open up. But, sometimes you may see this error message on the screen “Can’t open this item. It might have been moved, renamed, or deleted.” Usually, this error message pops up when you try to remove something while you lack sufficient permissions. Just go through these steps to remove the file without any issues.
