Strange. Have you checked in the settings tab? You may find something switched on there that shouldn't be

The email address that sent me the email was from noreply+ which is apparently used by FeedBurner. If I set my posts to hide in RSS feed, do you think it’ll help in the future?

WordPress doesn't have a built-in way to "email notifications to subscribers".
So, you had to use something at some point.

If you don’t want to notify for new articles, you need to uninstall Subescribe2 plugin because you don’t need it.
To view the setting in the edit area, see the screenshot below.<br />modifica foto online gratis italiano<br />Or deactivate subscribers.

Thank you so much !! your help is appreciated.
Can i just Deactivate the Plugin from “Plugins” and do the Post Creation and then again Activate the plugin ? will that also work ?
Have good day 🙂
In my last post I put the screenshot: you must to disable user emails and they will not receive alerts for new articles.
You can give it a try: you subscribe to Subscribe2 as a user and then how admin you make a new post.Thread Starter Lee

in the above image do you mean “Delete” ?? cos i am not seeing any option for Deactivate…
So the last thing i would like to know is if i just deactivate the PLUGIN Itself from “Plugins Page” will it work ??
You have to check and click Activate / Deactivate where there is the red arrow.

In my image which i have linked above, i dont see Activate / Deactivate in my wordpress subscribe2
You don’t need to uninstall the plugin.
Select the emails and click Toggle, the deactivated emails will turn red and will not receive the emails.Thread Starter Lee

okay i will try that one ! thank you !
Where did the checkbox go that allows you to disable sending for just that post? Sometimes you need to edit for spelling etc, and you don’t want it to send again,
Why have I lost this checkbox at the bottom of the posts?
Show screenshot. Have you changed anything? .Pot file?
Nope… just updated PHP to 8.1 which was required for all else to work. I don’t even know what a .pot file is.
Put php below 8.
The .po or .pot file is the translation file for non-English readers.
